How they apply
Off your investment. Each discount comes off your project investment, the contracted price of the work.
Project minimum. Sequoia builds start at a $25,000 project minimum.
Free to ask. The design consultation and the estimate cost nothing, so there is no charge for finding out what you qualify for.
Confirmed in writing. Whatever applies to you is written into your estimate before anything is signed.

How do I claim a discount?
Mention it at your design consultation. There is no code to enter and no form to submit. We confirm which discount applies to your build and write the figure into your estimate before you sign anything.
Is the design consultation really free?
Yes. The design consultation and the written estimate cost nothing and carry no obligation. It is a conversation about your property, your scope and your budget, and you leave with real numbers whether or not you build with us.
How does the referral program work?
Every time someone you know hires Sequoia Outdoor because of you, we write you a check once their project is complete. The payout scales with the size of their project, up to $1,500, and there is no limit on how many people you can refer. The full terms are on the referral program page.

Yes. Sequoia builds start at a $25,000 project minimum. That minimum is what lets us hold a crew on your site from start to finish rather than moving them between jobs, which is also what makes the completion date in your agreement a real date.
