THE BASICS
How The Money-Back Guarantee Works
Our On-Time Guarantee applies to projects with a signed contract value of $25,000 or more. For smaller projects, we still commit to timely delivery, but the financial guarantee does not apply.
Your guaranteed date is set after the Pre-Construction Walkthrough (once permits, selections, long-lead releases, and 811 are completed). If we are 8 consecutive calendar days late for reasons within our control, you receive $1,000 (8–14), $2,000 (15–21), or 10% (22+, cap 10%).
We post any Revised SCD in your portal and keep a Delay Log. Credit is calculated at Substantial Completion and applied to your final invoice (or refunded if larger).
