How The Money-Back Guarantee Works
Our On-Time Completion Guarantee applies to projects with a signed contract value of $25,000 or more. For smaller projects, we still commit to timely delivery, but the financial guarantee does not apply. See how we handle sign-off timing and client communication in the FAQs.
