Yes. Our project minimum is $25,000. Most of our projects combine hardscape, planting, drainage and often features, and land well above that.

Large paver areas run about $34 to $41 per square foot installed, all-in. Smaller or premium-material areas run higher, from the mid $40s up past $100 per square foot, because fixed mobilization, cuts and borders spread over fewer feet. Driveways sit around $34, large patios around $37, pool-deck fields around $36. These are real, as-sold rates from our completed Peninsula and South Bay projects.

Fixed costs, mobilization, saw cuts, borders and edge restraint, are similar whether an area is large or small, so on a small area they spread over fewer square feet. It is the honest reason a compact patio can run into the $50s or higher per foot while a large one is in the mid $30s.

By the square foot of wall face, roughly $75 to $113 with about $87 typical. Height, the block or stone, and site drainage drive the number. Wall caps run $35 to $41 per linear foot and integrated steps $41 per linear foot plus tread.

Yes. Our service pages and the projects map show real, rounded ranges neighbors invested, anonymized to town level, straight from signed proposals. Every project is itemized on your own proposal.

Yes. California License #1099847, with classifications A, C-8, C-27, D-06 and D-12. We carry itemized coverage: $2M general liability, $5M umbrella, $1M auto, workers’ compensation, and professional / E&O. We are BBB accredited with an A+ rating and a CMHA Certified Installer.

For signed projects at or above the $25,000 minimum, your completion date is set in writing at the pre-construction walkthrough. If we finish late for reasons within our control, you receive a schedule credit: $1,000 at 8 to 14 days, $2,000 at 15 to 21 days, and 10% of project value at 22 or more days, one tier, capped at 10%. Weather, permits, HOA timing, change orders and supply-chain delays are excusable and pause the clock.

Coverage is stated by scope so nothing is over-promised: pavers, porcelain, artificial turf and walls carry a 2-year workmanship warranty; concrete, natural stone, irrigation and decomposed granite carry a 1-year workmanship warranty. The on-time completion date is our lead promise.

An engineered assembly: excavation to spec and haul-off, Class II road base compacted in 2-inch lifts (4 inches for pedestrian areas, 6 for vehicular, 8 for RV loads), a screeded bedding layer, concrete bond beam and edge restraint, your paver material, and polymeric joint sand. The base and drainage are what keep it flat and dry for decades.

Yes. We resolve grade and drainage as part of the work, adding channel drains, basins, dry wells or perforated pipe where the site needs them, itemized. Perforated pipe also shows up behind retaining walls, in French drains and under permeable installations. Where a project requires permits or engineering, we build to the approved plan.

No. Geotextile separation fabric is soil-dependent, not standard on every job. We recommend it over clay or unstable native soils where it stops the base and subgrade from mixing; on good soils it is not needed. We call it out where it applies.

Yes. Every client gets a live project portal: the guaranteed completion date at the top, a phase timeline, daily photos and updates, two-way messages, and a files tab holding contracts, diagrams and change orders in one place.
